Seasonal Brews in Stock

Allagash Brewing Co. Interlude
From the Brewery: "Two yeast strains were used to create this unique Belgian style ale. The first, a Belgian farmhouse yeast, establishes the flavor foundations of a classic Belgian-style ale. The second, a house strain of Brettanomyces yeast, brings it to the next level contributing an intriguing myriad of flavors including pear, apricot, graham cracker, and bread crust. Finally, a portion of the Interlude is aged in French Merlot and Sirah oak barrels, which impart a distinctive vinous plum character and a drying, almost tannic finish. Try complimenting its audacious character with food pairings such as sausages, salami, smoked meats, and bold cheeses. Bottle Conditioned, Available in: 750 ml bottles."

Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barley Wine
"Bigfoot Ale is an award-winning example of the traditional barleywine ale style. It boasts a dense, fruity bouquet; an extremely rich, intense palate; and a deep, reddish-brown color. This ale is superbly balanced between an almost overpowering maltiness and a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness."

Two Brothers Brewing Co. Cane and Ebel
"This unique red rye beer is full of hop flavor and aroma. We add 35 pounds of
Thai palm sugar to each batch. The sugar does not add much sweetness
to the beer, but rather a fruity and vanilla-like flavor. A new hop variety call Summit
is really showcased here. This 18% alpha hop is also very aromatic which
gives a pungent citrus aroma. Then we heavily dry-hopped the beer with Simcoe.
Original, yes and that is no sin."

Avery Brewing Co. New World Porter
"A traditional black porter, with a surprise twist - it's dry-hopped!! We've expanded the porter category a bit, adding a delightful, dry hop aroma to blend with the sweet caramel and chocolate characteristics of a Robust Porter. "
